The role involves representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims, handling case strategy, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and managing cases through resolution.

\nThe annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
