CVG Home Buyers is one of the highest-volume home buying companies in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, closing 400+ deals a year. We buy houses directly from homeowners, often people facing foreclosure, inheriting a property, or needing to sell fast. We give them a fair cash offer and a closing on their timeline. Then our construction team transforms those properties into beautiful homes that families are excited to live in. We already invest heavily in TV, radio, billboards, direct mail, and digital ads. Now we’re building a social content engine to match, and we need the person who will own it.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Content Creator to produce, shoot, and edit platform-native content for CVG Home Buyers. This is an end-to-end role for someone who can move fast, work lean, and create thumb-stopping content that feels real, not like an ad. You’ll own content from concept to final post. That means spotting trends and adapting them for real estate, shooting on location at properties across the Cincinnati & NKY, and editing on the fly. You’ll need the independence to work solo, the instincts to know what will perform, and the storytelling ability to make a seller’s story or a renovation reveal hit people emotionally. This role is about speed, trust, and authenticity. You’ll be capturing real people, real houses, and real transformations, and turning them into content that makes homeowners trust us and makes our market know our name. You’ll work closely with our marketing leadership, acquisitions team, construction team, and company leadership to keep a steady flow of fresh, engaging content across every channel.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Content Production

• Produce, shoot, and edit social content from concept to final delivery
• Create platform-native content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts and long-form), LinkedIn and emerging social platforms
• Work lean and fast: capture content with whatever tools fit the job, from an iPhone to a mirrorless camera to a drone
• Shoot before-and-after renovation reveals, construction progress, property walkthroughs, seller testimonials, team and culture content, and trend-driven social content
• Deliver finished, platform-ready assets without needing a production crew or post team

Social-First Content Strategy & Execution

• Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats, and what’s working in real estate content
• Adapt CVG’s message so it feels native to each platform, knowing the difference between a TikTok, a Reel, a Short, and a Facebook post aimed at a homeowner in their 50s
• Manage Digital Brand Presence across Google Business Profile, BBB, and Social Platforms.
• Create educational content that helps homeowners understand their options: foreclosure, probate and inherited homes, problem properties, and selling as-is
• Bring our brand promises (speed, fairness, and respect) to life through real stories, not slogans
• Experiment with new formats and series to keep content fresh and build a following
• Track what performs and why, and use those insights to shape future content

Collaboration & Content Pipeline

• Partner with marketing leadership to align content with campaigns across TV, radio, billboard, mail, and paid digital
• Coordinate with the acquisitions team to capture seller stories and testimonials, always with consent and respect for sellers’ privacy
• Work with our construction team to document renovations from gut to finish
• Support recruiting by showcasing CVG’s culture and team
• Organize and manage your own media library, project files, and deliverables
• Help build an always-on library of content that keeps CVG top of mind in our market

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years creating content, with a portfolio you can show us. Real estate, home improvement, or local business content is a plus but not required.
• All-in-One Creator: You can come up with an idea, shoot it, and edit it into a finished asset, all on a tight timeline.
• Business Acumen: You understand that content serves a purpose here: building trust, generating seller leads, and growing the brand. You care about results, not just views.
• Social-Native: You know the platforms, the algorithms, the formats, and the unwritten rules. You know what’s trending before it’s trending.
• Visual Eye: You know how to make a house look its best on camera. You understand lighting, composition, and how to capture a dramatic before-and-after.
• People Skills: You can put a nervous homeowner or a camera-shy contractor at ease and capture genuine moments on camera.
• Nimble & Adaptable: You’re comfortable with everything from mobile capture to professional cameras, and you can deliver quality in a dusty job site or an unlit vacant house.
• Fast & Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You know when to polish and when “good enough” is great.
• Editing & Motion Skills: You’re proficient in Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools, and can add text, captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics that elevate content.
• Storyteller: You think in stories, not just shots. You understand pacing, emotion, and how to hook someone in the first two seconds.
• Self-Starter: You’re proactive, resourceful, and scrappy. You pitch ideas and run with them without waiting to be told.
• Collaborative: You work well with sales, construction, marketing, and leadership to turn ideas into content that’s ready to post.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll travel regularly to properties across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky)
• Comfortable working on active construction sites
• Drone experience is a plus
