What if your next sales role let you build something, not just manage what's already there?

We're working with a fast-growing Pet brand that has already secured relationships with some of North America's biggest retailers, including Target, Walmart, and PetSmart.

Now comes the exciting part. Take those relationships further, open new doors, and build a much bigger retail presence across the US.

And they need someone who can make it happen.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days managing a team or waiting for decisions from above.

You'll work directly with the founder, own major retail accounts, and have the freedom to turn your ideas into real commercial results.

The opportunity

You'll inherit established retail relationships, but there's plenty of untapped potential.

Whether it's securing more shelf space, launching new products into existing accounts, or getting the brand into a retailer they've been trying to crack, you'll drive it forward.

You'll be :

• Growing relationships with national retailers and increasing sales, listings, and distribution.
• Opening new accounts and getting products onto more shelves across the US.
• Building direct relationships with buyers and leading commercial negotiations.
• Identifying opportunities for new products, promotions and in-store placements.
• Working alongside the founder to shape the business's next steps.

Is this you?

You've spent at least five years in national accounts, key accounts or retail sales within the Pet industry.

You understand how retailers like Target, Walmart, PetSmart, or Costco operate, and you have experience getting products listed and growing accounts.

But here's what's equally important.

You enjoy winning new business just as much as growing existing relationships.

You're commercially driven, comfortable working independently, and don't need a big team to get things done.

Perhaps you're already a National Account Manager. Or maybe you're a strong Key Account Manager who's ready for more ownership.

Either way, you want your next move to mean something.

• $120,000–$130,000 base salary , plus commission, typically 2% of net sales across assigned accounts.
