Job Description
Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support business development for an innovative AI-powered accounting technology solution.

The role focuses on connecting with accounting firms and bookkeeping professionals, introducing software solutions, and generating qualified product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers, including accounting firms and bookkeeping professionals.
Conduct approximately 80 outbound calls per day to introduce the software and generate interest.
Reach prospective customers through cold calls, emails, and social media.
Create engaging outreach messages and follow-up communications.
Understand prospects' business needs and explain the value of AI-powered accounting software.
Qualify interested prospects and schedule product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate prospect information, call activity, and follow-up records in the CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and performance targets.
Work collaboratively with team members and apply coaching to continuously improve results.
Required Qualifications
Strong interest in sales, technology, and business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and speaking with new people.
Confidence, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn new software products and communicate their benefits clearly.
Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by measurable goals.
Previous sales experience is not required.
Recent graduates, entry-level candidates, and career changers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, or other customer-facing roles.
Educational or professional background in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or business.
Familiarity with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Experience working toward performance targets.
Interest in AI-powered software and emerging technologies.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary:
$50,000 annually.
Target OTE:
Approximately $74,000 annually, including performance-based commissions.
Uncapped commission potential.
