Job Title Customer Care Representative Location Virginia Beach, VA, US Organization Name Call Center Work Schedule and Other Information HRSD seeks (4) energetic, flexible, and team-focused Customer Care Representatives for the Contact Center. Normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM; Closed on holidays. Contact Center Representatives will work in-office for training and transition to work remotely from home thereafter. HRSD business needs are subject to change and will dictate the work location. Contact Center Representatives will handle daily phone, email, and chat interactions with customers to review accounts, payments, billing, and general customer service questions. Brief Description
Under limited guidance, the Customer Care Representative - Contact Center is responsible for supporting the Contact Center by handling daily continuous phone, email, and chat interactions with customers to review accounts, payments, billing, and general customer inquiries. Customer Care Representatives handle 15,000-18,000 customer interactions monthly to deliver information to ~500,000 HRSD customers.

Job Requirements


Education

Required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience


Required

• 2-3 years customer service and general office operations

Desired

• 2 years account management and billing system experience

Licenses and Certifications Requirements

• Valid driver's license from state of residence
